Nope. Its an optical input and output to which an USB adapter can be connected. Well known from the tried and tested UT71D, for example.

The 870 doesn't have dual display, that's a brand new model that Aneng doesn't have yet. :-DMM
(nb. Aneng isn't always the first to get these meters, they often appear under other brands first)

Aneng (Richmeters, ZOYI, etc) meters are made by ZOTEK. But this BD-99 does not appear on their product page. I wonder if they forked one of the schematics...

As I mentioned in the Aneng thread, this meter is physically identical to the terrible Surpeer AV4 - an unfinished product that should have not reached the shelves.
If this is a meter with a revamped firmware that fixes some of the issues, then it should be a start. Otherwise, it could be simply offloading of the same old crap in a different dressing.
