Newly acquired signal generator ET3360C disassembly test
« on: July 06, 2023, 08:08:46 am »
I received the signal generator today. Unlike other white shells, it has a black appearance. The shell is made of plastic material, and the product is very light, and the waveform is not particularly good. So I took it apart and found that there are many relays on the circuit board, and there are two unknown connecting wires. It feels like a repaired product, which completely does not meet my expectations.

The soldered wires seem to be normal.
Someone posted a photo of the same board on Banggood.

The sine wave looks weird.
Can the oscilloscope keep up? Amplitude modulation?

Using "Keysight Technologies" Bandwidth 1Gļ¼ŒThere will be relatively high peaks in the test sine wave output, I am worried that it will burn out my equipment, and I am ready to return it
