Older PACE SX-65A Sodr-X-Tractor need heater - use type in SX-70?

I have the PACE MBT-250 but from some time ago with SX-65A hand piece. Does anyone know if the SX-70 heater will work in the SX-65A? They look the same. 5-lead, 3 hole mount, same tube attachment... The SX-65A has been discontinued and the heater is no longer available for it. Pace and Jensen could not answer the question. Thanks!

Is there a part number printed on the SX-65A heater?

Nothing printed on it, just a mfg date. But I know it's p/n 6010-0074-P1 and the SX-70 is 6010-0060-P1.

The SX65A heater uses the older micro size tips (1/8" diameter) and the SX70 heater uses the 3/16" tips;

A discussion on another forum seems to suggest the SX65A heater was only available for a short time to allow people to use up stocks of older tips without needing the adaptor tip (ADAPTIP);
