OREGON ANALOG TOOLS ASM7 MAINFRAME Does anyone have information , manual , schematic , or option list . I did locate schematic / parts list for the similar Tektronix NT7000 I know from a letter I received from them over 20 years ago that the 3 wide mainframe could be configured as supporting either 2 TEK 7000 series scope amp vertical plugins (typically 7A13 or 7A22 ) along with a single 7000 series time base . or less commonly 3 7000 series amps . I just received a pristine, possibly unused mainframe which is configured differently . the right hand compartment has a different connector than Tektronix used , and appears to only have only the Power supplies otherwise ) supplies connected to it . (further inspection may prove otherwise ) Backplane PCB is not fully populated by components suggesting numerous hardware configurations existed . Before going further I will be verifying power supply voltages and locations . Any Documentation / suggestions would be appreciated Thank you |

Further inspections shows handwritten notation on motherboard tm500 Connector in rightmost slot is mechanically compatible with a Tektronix TM500 series plug in Apparent addition of a 2 additional power transistors on right most slot connector mounting bracket Suspect / hope this is a straight forward modification to enable usage of a Tek TM500 module in this slot Getting interesting . |

Huh, that is interesting but I guess not totally unexpected. Those mainframes are pretty rare so it is hardly surprising that the TM500 modification has not been documented before. |
