Oscilloscope MSO2024 will not start

Oscilloscope MSO2024 will not start .
i got new Oscilliscope was stored in the original box for long time, tried to power it up.
I got white screen without no actions or even the splash menue.
it seems that the Oscilloscope has nothing to load.
How can i reset the firmware or debug this oscilliscope?

Welcome to the forum.

Check the PSU is to spec.
Check all interconnect cables.(re-seat)

Thanks for your quick response.
Yes The link is correct, It is the correct mode.
PSU looks running , i can see the Fans running. I did not try to open it.
It is new device never powered before.

I tried to get the Firmware update on USB flash but it seems did not finish the full power cycle.

My questions:
What could impact the power cycle for new equipment?
How can identify it is hardware issue not firmware?

I was wrong it is not PSU, I replaced PSU by a new one from tektronix and i replaced display module by a new one.
Now i am doubting it is main board or some in firm ware presenting the system from booting, any ideas. I exhausted all my ideas.
I appreciate your ideas.
