Hello!
I am a beginner, saved up 100USD and now I want to buy an Oscilloscope and a multimeter.
I found one multimeter on a local Electronics shop: Sinometer DM88 (https://dac.ge/?en&act=product&prodid=2097) I know it's a Chinese brand, but should I buy it? It costs only 28$.
I can buy it online from Ebay or Amazon.
Which oscilloscope and multimeter should I buy?
Edit: I got 20$, so now I have 120$ in total

You can get a Hantek 2C42 DSO/DMM-combo from around 110us$.

Hello!

First question: What do you need to measure/look at?
-
Some basic waveforms like square, sawtooth and sine, but I would like to measure their voltages and current at different sections.

What frequencies? How many volts?
