Title: Owon 7102e still worth purchasing?

Is the 7102 still worth purchasing these days? I can get brand new for about $235 USD.

My budget list would be:
Rudimentary (but functional): Owon's SDS1102 or HDS242 (portable, S option adds signal generator)
Long memory, more triggers: Rigol's DS1102Z-E.
After that start climbing the cost/value ladder with 4 channel models from Siglent, Rigol, Micsig etc.
Unless I'd used one or seen some convincing videos about Owon 7102e, I'd be cautious. The low price might be good or it might be bad.

I've had the 7102... noisy as hell. Got a siglent 1104x-e and i never regret the more moneys spent
