Owon seems to have released a new line of arbitrary signal generators, where the AG4151 sounds quite nice (1MPts, 14bit, 400MSa/s, 50MHz square, 32ch digital):
http://www.owon.com.hk/AG-en.asp (http://www.owon.com.hk/AG-en.asp)
Surprisingly, there is at least one eBay seller in China who actually seems to sell it already for $880. Which would be a nice price if it would hold up to the expectations. Not manual available though, so e.g. it's unclear if it's really programmable via USB (VISA, whatever). Also the Hantek HTG1000A series still sounds even better, but it's still in development and pricing is unknown...

Owon Head Office 02.Mar.2012: (AG4151) "This product is not yet ready for sell. It is in "pilot" phase." They do not also give price for it.
So peoples can "buy it now" in "eBay" and send money to seller. He is happy if he get your money.
Also in eBay you may find some other Owon products what Owon have never made.
ebay is not "fact book"!

The new Rigol DG4000 is under $800
http://www.rigolna.com/products/waveform-generators/dg4000/ (http://www.rigolna.com/products/waveform-generators/dg4000/)
60MHz, 14bit, 500MS/s, but only 16K point. No digital, but dual channel though.
Dave.

32 channel digital? Is that 32 channels of arbitrary logic level signals?

Yep. Like the 32 channels a logic analyzer has . Digital logic level signals .

Yeah, it looks promising as well, but 16k is really too limiting, especially if you look at the Hantek.
I ordered an Agilent 33521A for the job last year to generate test patterns and in no time I used up the complete 1MSa memory and needed to make trade-offs regarding resolution.

Develissimo have interesting price for Owon AG4151:
without tax EUR 2999.00 (around USD 3930)
with tax EUR 3598.80 (around USD 4710)
if compare to USD800 Rigol... do we compare apples to apples?

Looks like dummy price tags as the lower end AG1022 has exactly the same price.
Anyway, $4000 would be laughable.
Now really, who would pay $4000 for this if you get an Agilent 33521A for less than $2000 and a 2ch 33522A for less than $3000???

8) since it's newly launched some sellers will go all out to scam people .

Does anyone know when Hantek will release new HTG1000A series of Benchtop Arbitrary Waveform Generators?
Does anyone own or has any experience with Owon AG4151 Generator?
Thanks

The siglent also introduced a new signal generator: SDG5000

I'm smelling siglent ripping Rigol off? Same exact specs. Not sure about ch2 because RigolNA doesn't allow you to dl the datasheet so easily, dicks. >:(

Hello,
New here, and unsure if I should just make a new post, but has anyone found luck with the AG4151? On paper, seems like a great device. However.... screen is very poor quality, would recommend using their software to just see everything easier.
That said though, I can't seem to find any way to upload spreadsheets to the device so you can actually generate a waveform of your own. Looking on Amazon, it seems their software doesn't help you do this either. Any thoughts?
edit:
Been working on this device for a few months now and can comfortably say that it does what it advertises. However, it is clunky and difficult to use. There's no phone number to call for support, however you can email them and the technical support is very helpful, although response times are questionable from US perspective. For its price, hard to beat! PM me if you want clarification or help, thanks!

As is customary for Owon - designed by idiots.
Look at the pictures of the back panel. 20MHz reference clock. Not ten, bloody twenty. :palm:
This thing isn't worth its weight in lead.

Does anybody know where to get the digital output module for this AG4151?
At least, what is the type of connector for digital channels?
