there are tests on youtube. I have Owon and I am satisfied with it, but its knowledge is quite limited.
I would have rather bought the Hantek TO1112, it can do a little better than my HDS272s. But hantek only has 250Ms sampling.

Hantek TO1112 dazzling features But I feel like it's a little too big, making it look cluttered. I want a size that isn't too big. is suitable for a small space

If you mean the display.
Owon's is 8.89 cm
Hantek's 17.78 cm

And IF you mean the body. w*h*d
Hantek's 248x176x54 mm
Owon's ~95x200x40 mm

ZEEWEII DSO3D12 has amazing features. It fits in the palm of your hand. Rumor has it that it has a voice command mode at an affordable price. It also has an FFT mode. The downside is that it doesn't come with an adapter.

Yes, it's very cheap

FFT is very basic with all these cheap handheld scopes. At best it gives an impression, measurements are not possible and the scale is unclear.
Even the cheapest benchtop scope is way better.

What kind of adapter do you mean?
