Philips / Fluke PM5139-21 , is that valueable?

Being a occasional hobbyist, I was offered to bid on a Philips / Fluke PM5139-21 function gen, with the current price at €15 and 12 hours to go.

Well, my first though: I already have a cheaper, but more modern function generator. But sure, €15, why not.
But I see on eBay, they go for US$500~US$700.

For a admittedly good brand, but still an outdated model.
Is this thing somehow special and/or valuable?

The PM5193 is a pretty high performance, very versatile function generator. At that price I would grab it myself if I wasn't on the other side of the world.
