OWON SDS7102v scope freezing up, Please Help.

Hello all. My Owon SDS7102v freezes up right after boot. I can't access what firmware is installed. I've scoured Owon's websites and download sites and the only site that I found with a firmware download doesn't work. When I click on the download tab, all I get is a page with this crap "鎮ㄨ鎵剧殑璧勬簮宸茶鍒犻櫎銆佸凡鏇村悕鎴栨殏鏃朵笉鍙敤銆�". ai've found instructions but no active download. Can someone please help me. THANKS. PS, this is the site with the non-working download tab at the bottom of the page. http://mww.owontech.com/firmware-upgrade

Contact Owon directly via their email adress, this is the only way to get firmware downloads from them.

I can't find anything that is downloadable anywhere and OWON apparently doesn't give a **** about their customers.! The scope is pure garbage and is headed to the garbage can.
