Peakmeter autoranging issue
« on: May 16, 2018, 07:13:02 pm »
Just got  a PM8247S, seems pretty solid but not sure how accurate it is. Also, trying to set current on drv8825 stepper driver it reads ohms not volts. It does not have a rotary switch so you have to rely on it's "smart" functionality. I had to get my old meter back out of the bin when I discovered this strangeness.
Anybody else had this issue?

It needs some minimum values on current and voltage to work. I checked the MS8248S: https://lygte-info.dk/review/DMMPeakmeter%20MS8248S%20UK.html
