Siglent CFL, BK Precision 2556 & Tek DPO2022B have similar or the same 7" screen 480x234 resolution, 64K Color Display.
Owon SDS8202 & Instek GDS2202A have same 8" 800x600 Display resolution.
UNI-T UTD-4202C & LeCroy WaveAce 221 have the smallest 5.7" screen size, LeCroy 222 has 320x240, the Uni-T is Unknown, but probably the same.
Owon MSO 7.8" 640×480 pixels, has a 3rd Place in this shotout, LeCroy 322A, Hameg same resolution, but LeCroy has 7.5" and R&S Hameg has 6.5".

Both Rigol & Agilent have the same wfm/s 50.000 ("2nd place")
Instek has 1st Place true >80.000wfm/s.
Tektronik DPO has 3rd Place, LeCroy WaveJet 322A has 4th Place, and R&S Hameg the 5th Place.
According to Dave Owon SDS Review, the SDS9302 has 35wfm/s, Uni-T, Siglent CFL & BK Precision are Unknown...

Rigol has most sensittive Vertical/div .5mV, Instek has 2nd Place 1mV, most others have 2mV "3rd Place."***

Instek has Segmented Memory, Agilent is optional +$307usd.
Higher Price seems directly proportional to a lower/stable ppm.
Rigol has the 1st Place in Memory, Owon SDS8202 2nd Place, Owon MSO8202T 3rd Place, Instek, Tek DPO, R&S Hameg share 4th place with 2Mpoints/channel, Uni-T 5th place if web specifications are right*, Agilent 6th place* but can be upgraded to a 5th place 1M memory +$200usd, LeCroy 322A has 5th place 500kpoints/ch, Siglent & BK Precision sharing the 6th Place 24Kpts, LeCroy WaveAce222 9kpts has 7th place, Tek TDS 2.5k has the last Place.

Question is: Segmented Memore could rival Rigols Big Memory?
Memory is that important?
When Memory becomes important?
Memory vs. wfm/s ? wfm/s wins most of the times.

Less Buggy software/Firmware?

Agilent, Instek, Tek DPO & Rigol have some kind of Analog Intensity Graded Display, Owon maybe, the others are unknown,

You find Siglent price perhaps from one of worlds most expensive place.

(without EU taxes etc)
SDS1202CFL is more like well under 1k$ and note (look carefully if BK model is different or not technically - who made it?)
SDS1204CFL is 4 channel and also its price is around 1k$
SDS1304CFL is 4 channel 300MHz model and even it can normally buy under 1.5k$
With 1795USD price  you can buy bundled SDS1202CFL + SDG5000
With 4 channel models you get 2 full 2GSa/s channels if only 2 channel is in use.
For 2 channel models one channel in use 2GSa/s and with 2 channel in use 1GSa/s per channel.
CFL models have LAN as default.

If practice and theory is not equal it tells that used application of theory is wrong or the theory itself is wrong.
