PHILIPS PM3305 Dual Trace Oscilloscope
Six:
Hey guys,
I've been a fan of the blog for a while but this is my first post so please be gentle!
I've got an opportunity to pick up a Philips PM3305 35MHz Oscilloscope as my first unit. I was wondering if anyone knows about the brand and whether it would be a good starting point for my home lab. I've only really used the kit at university but want some decent kit for my home lab.
I've tried searching Google but there doesn't seem to be much info out there. All I really know is that they were produced around the mid 80's.
Cheers!

Yeah thanks for that... I did say that I'd searched Google. Did you read my post?
What I was looking for was USER experience and whether it would be a good FIRST oscilloscope.

If you can't be bothered to read the manual then you don't need an oscilloscope.

If you can't be arsed giving a decent answer you don't need a forum.
