Picked Up a Pulse Generator
« on: August 10, 2013, 11:51:46 pm »
Howd,

Picked up a E-H Research Laboratories pulse generator today at a local electronic flea market. I've been Googling for a operator's manual/service manual, but I'm coming up short. Does anyone know of a site where I can download a copy?

Thank you kindly

I love the Rigol in the back, just like "*sniff* I've been thrown away in favor of some old analog thing."

That's awesome that you were there too. I try to make it every month and usually end up with a new item or two with each visit  ;D Do you ever pick anything up while you're there?

And it's a model 135A

I bought some solder from the guy that sells all those soldering stations. It's 1/3 the price of digikey for the same product. And i got a few HP service manuals from the black dude with the big truck. He's always there with the big pallette of manuals and old hp computers. Apart from that nothing really interesting. Test equipment is invariably old junk. Next month last one for this year... I'm gonna try to be there real early.

Oh, there was a free 7440a plotter. I took that one home.

That's the guy that sells the metcal soldering station, right? I was eyeing those as they were fairly cheap. Still too much for a grad student though. And hot damn! Didn't know there's a guy that sells manuals. I'll have to track that guy down next month.

yep. the metcal guy.

the truck with manuals was behind the soldering guy. he always leaves early. by 8:30 he's outta there.. he only has HP manuals.
New this time were the two ladies selling a lot of HP equipment ( 165xx analysers, big honking power suppplies and a bunch of older multimeters ) i guess it's stuff that doesn't move in their regular operation and they try to flog it there. lots of lookers but no buyers. then again .. all old stuff.
