Fluke WTH ????

What the heck Fluke, I'm pissed off 

I sent the unit for warranty repair on the leaking super cap and low sound buzzer. Both problems fixed, but now on my second use after receiving back the tilt bail got broken, I didn't apply too much force, several years with the unit and no problem, I take good care of my equipment...aghhhh

I'm pissed off because I don't know if they are going to send me a replace or what ? I will see tomorrow when I call them.

I was really happy when I received the unit and checked that both of the problems were fixed and now this....

Do you think they will give me a replacement ?

Tell them they replaced it and the new one they put was cracked, this is probably what happened. They replaced the back of mine too, no prob. so far...
