Hi everyone,

Firstly, I am sorry about my english! Thank you very much!

I have just bought a hantek DSO1062B with hardware version and serial number as below picture

I made a backup as instruction of Mr.Tinhead in this link: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/hantek-tekway-dso-hack-get-200mhz-bw-for-free/msg86825/#msg86825
Solder UART pin.

After made some stupid things, I have chosen wrong file to download to uboot in supervivi menu and the device could not boot again. Nothing shows on UART when the device turned on :-[ :-[ :-[

I search in the internet, buy a J-Link and download supervivi to NAND flash through SDRam and the UART come back  >:D
I try to restore the backup which I have made from the begin but without success.

The backup in Tinhead's guide has only 3 files: boot.bin, kernel.bin and root.bin
But mine is 4 files: boot.bin, kernel.bin, root.bin and root2.bin  :-\ :-\ :-\

I try to combine them by this command:

copy /B boot.bin + blank.bin + kernel.bin + root.bin + root2.bin + mizi_tag.bin fw_backup.bin

But the file "fw_backup.bin" is only 68.361.216 bytes while fw_backup.bin in TinHead's guide is 69.206.016 bytes, So the restore can not complete, it stands at 99% and can not boot too. (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/hantek-tekway-dso-hack-get-200mhz-bw-for-free/msg75015/#msg75015:-\

When add more space to blank.bin file to get right size 69.206.016 bytes, the restore is completed but the device can not work too.

The problem is:
- How I combine the backup files to restore through supervivi
- Does anyone have backup bin file in 1 file only? Please send me.
- I have tried to write to NAND through openocd and J-Link but timeout, can not write 65.1MB to NAND
- How can I make the device work again?

I receive it in the morning and it stops working in the evening. It has been a week from now. I haven't used it to measure at least 1 time haha  |O |O |O

Does anyone have any ideas? Please help me to solve this problem.

Thank you very much  :( :( :( I have tried to do a lot of things but no luck  |O |O |O

#UPDATE

I have just restored dso_ready.bin to my DSO1062B, it can boot into linux. What can I do now?
I really need a complete backup bin file of DSO1062B, does anyone have it?  :-\ :-\ :-\

If it's so new why don't you return it and pretend "it broke"?
You have 4 .bin files. I supose you need to flash one to each partition, but you are combining them and trying to send as one file  :-//

Hi xthanhn! Can you share or give me the firmware from 1202 for my 1062. My 1062 fails self-test, fails at step 23, maybe flashing to a newer version will fix the problem. Thank you very much
