Btw BTO I'm watching the vids and am not sure if you say something later but help buffled me too. So I found out how it works by trying it out. When you are in "content" you just press a button and it goes to that button reference on help so you go on from there

I used to work as a sound engineer and had the honor to meet lots of the metal gods I wanted to meet. Sadly I didn't get to meet the ultimate god namely DIO. That would have been epic.

Yeah I was the last guy around , it was 4am and I would take the first train out to my uni at 8am so I stayed and watched the crew dismantle the stage etc. I guess the guy thought I was the biggest fan around hahaha.i did shock him though when I gave him a kings of metal cassette to sign.hahaha. he didn't even think those existed anymore. Oh the good old days.

I just re-encoded your videos to h265 which reduced the size by more than 90%
The settings video went from 9.3G to 258M, same size, no loss of quality really.
If you can, maybe do the same to reduce the file sizes.
Or I'm happy to upload my conversion if needed.

As a side note, tomtektest on youtube did a 33 part overview of the MSO5000 and functions.
Definately have a look and give him a like on the videos.

I tried to download from Mega - but got bitten in the butt by a Mega-download limit and now I can't download anything from them

I'm just the host my friend, making them credit goes to BTO.
I'll recode them and make the download smaller then depending the size I may be able to host them on other clouds as well.

thanks mate, that's awesome,  Yeah if you could go ahead and upload the encoded smaller one so long as it doesn't reduce the quality because there are
zoomed in parts in the video and i would like people see the detail, but if it doesn't have loss then... that's great

also, What program did you use to encode that like that ?

1. @thorstormlord didn't make the video.. I MADE THE VIDEO'S (LOL i mean it's in the first comment)

2. @thorstormlord Did us all the courtesy of hosting it on his MEGA Cloud server since my MEGA Cloud server was very close to full capacity.
    He has been generous enough to permanently host the video's there so that they are available for all to download, something that i could not have done
    as i need my cloud for my business. in my case, i may have kept it there for a month, but then they would have needed to come down to make room
    for my business needs.  He has more storage than i do and has been kind enough to (So to speak) Donate his storage space to the community.
    So that wasn't a small thing that he did, and he didn't have to do it,   BUT.. HE DID IT FOR A FELLOW METALHEAD,  WHICH IS ALSO HIGHLY RESPECTED.

   that's really weird, in over 20 years i've never heard of that, but.. if it did happen,  Download it from another computer.
   I also wasn't aware that MEGA had a download limit,  One would think that the limit would be the limit of the account.

But, do i have another cloud... No i don't . This is what we have made available to the forum and for most people (actually all so far) it has worked.
Are you able to jump onto another computer to do the downloads ?

As another possible solution.  you could email me directly (support@btotechnicalexperts.com.au) and with a bit of trust.
You could
1. Pick the cloud of your choice
2. Change the login password to something like abc123 and give me the username
3. and i could directly upload the files to your cloud then you can download them at your convenience

but other than that , I don't see another way to do it,
Except, You could post me a hard drive and i could place the files on the hard drive and post it back to you (The postage would be at your cost obviously)

1stly the vids are being recoded.
2ndly I never really thought about it but yeah mega has a download limit for non users.but anyone can easily make a free account and enjoy.
3rdly after vids are recoded I'll find another cloud to host them for the people.
Until then a different IP computer will solve the download issue

I use OpenShot Video Editor, I'll have a look at doing this as well, and if it works and if i have enough room, i mean if it's 90% smaller, well, i reckon
i'll be able to host them then. I'll run a few through the oven and see how they come out.
