I just bought a Power Design 4005R, variable power supply. I have not gotten it yet but trying to find information about it. Does anyone have a copy of the service manual?

I don't have the service manual yet, but my similar model 5005R has served me well for many years.

If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, I'd look for manuals for similarly specced PD supplies of newer or older generations, and also for multi-source supplies with similar specs on a single source. I've found that route useful when researching other PD supplies that I can't find a proper manual for. Also, some of the PD docs cover multiple supplies, but downloads may not be labeled as such.

Found a website http://www.ko4bb.com/getsimple/ (http://www.ko4bb.com/getsimple/) that have some manuals. The closest to my 4005R is the 2015R, the others there have 2 transformers and some of them have op amps in the circuit.
Some one out there must have a copy :)

Trying to keep this alive, I'm trying to reverse engineer this thing, but it is very difficult because of the way that is made. Somewhere out there must be a manual stashed in a pile of books.
Help,
