Are there any good practical books out there to fully learn all the features of DSO and Spectrum Analyzer?
The books do not have to cover both the DSO and the Spectrum Analyzer.
Two separate books will do.
I am looking for new and practical books on this subject matter.
If one would manage to include the background theory and the practical use in one book, and base the practical use cases on the Rigol DS1054Z and the Rigol DSA815-TG, chances would be high it would become a bestseller :)

I haven't read any books specifically about oscilloscopes or spectrum analyzers, but there is a book called "Oscilloscopes for Radio Amateurs" which I think is for ARRL.
Maybe can help you.

Yes, there is one, at least for spectrum analysis:
C. Rauscher - Fundamentals of Spectrum Analysis
http://www.ictregulationtoolkit.org/Documents/Document/Document/3588 (http://www.ictregulationtoolkit.org/Documents/Document/Document/3588)
Mr. Rauscher is one of the spectrum analyzer gurus at Rohde & Schwarz.
I haven't seen any good book for scopes, though. Almost everything I saw was based on analog scope, and even the ones that have been updated to include DSOs pretty much keep their analog scope approach to using them.
