I picked up a nice 27" monitor at 33% off. The 1104x-e at $425 is a good deal. I am thinking about an AWG and will have to look for a deal on one of those.

I needed just a real entry level scope and the SDS1104X-E on sale seemed too good to pass up for only a little more than the Rigol 1054Z.

Yea, I got rid of nearly all my old scopes HP, Tektronix, last one on the Bench I have had for 23 ish years. 1980's BK1535A which recently started having bad solder connections and don't want to rework or rebuild it. I will be happy to have the bench space back.

I've been waiting for the price of the SDS1104X-E to go down since the end of December. Finally bit yesterday. Should be here on Friday.

Sometimes I think I must be the only person left who has never had Prime and sees no value in it. I already get free shipping any time I order from Amazon (typically 4-5 orders a year) by just buying enough stuff at once to get free shipping. If I want something right away I go buy it at a store.

Yea, I am doing a budget bench, I Signed up business prime trial last week knowing prime day deals this week.

I got an e-mail the day before with an additional 5% Business Prime Member Reward Offer on items already in my cart or shopping list = 20% off last fall was additional 10% making it 25%.

The SDL1030X-E ended up 43% off after business rewards after buying the other 2 units.

I Just have to remember to cancel the free 30day trial of business prime or it's going to cost me $69 lol.

Congrats! I am still in the research stage but something tells me I missed out on a great deal there, $425 yesterday now back up to $499.

Do these go on sale from time to time or do I need to wait until next year?

I have Prime but I managed to stay away. I have enough on my plate right now.

Just out of curiosity what manner of hp and Tek equipment are you disposing of?  :-//

Yeah, ignore that. If I turned the page over (what a concept), then the calibration info shows, and it was 2021-04-18, so I'm good with that :)

Bad Photo But Other than the Tektronix 2710 SA (Plan on a SSA3021 when budget allows) it's all matching.

Sadly I had to RMA the SDM3065X 6.5 DMM voltage readings were way high and error kept climbing the longer it was powered on.

Arrived at Siglent NA July 19th.
