PRoblem to boot the Oscilloscope DSO-X2014

Hello,

We have a problem with the oscope. When I turning it on, the scope does not boot up.

We can see the 3 leds turned on, but it stopped on the "serial" LED,  with the black screen.

We have already checked the battery inside the scope, It seens right with 2.9V.

Do you have any ideia to check this problem? I could not find the power supply schematics.

Sounds like NAND corruption.
