Info about Mastech MS8250A needed

Hi. Does anyone have some info about  the chip used by MS8250A from Mastech?  I am asking because I found a good deal in a local shop for it, but I'd like to buy it only if it can be modified to output RS232 data. It would be great if anyone could take a picture of the ICs on the board for identification.
