HSPY-1000 Power Supply defective - „CC Mode“

Hello!

I am owning a HSPY-1000 since about 2 years, it suddenly stopped working - the problem is, as soon as I turn on the output, it goes into "CC" mode, reads about 4.2mA and there is no output at all.

Does anyone ever face such a problem regarding the HSPY Power supplies and could tell me the issue?
