ProTek B4004 / MasTech MS8040 DMM PC Link

Hi everyone:
This is a long shot... but...
Anyone know if there is an upgrade to the ProTek B4004 PCLink Software?
I have the Protek B4004 Benchtop DMM, which is a clone and identical to the MasTech MS8040 (the Protek B4004 actually came with software marked for the MS8040 and worked).
The PC Link software works great on my old Windows XP PC...
But i recently pulled the XP machine off the bench and replaced it with a Windows 7 (64bit) machine... and as i expected, the old PC Link software installs, but won't execute or run.
Windows 7 reports 'COMDLG32.OCX' is invalid or missing.
Before i spend time troubleshooting (or buying a new benchtop DMM)... Just wanted to see if anyone has overcome this or can point me in the right direction.
