it has a RF-type can with the noise source in it. Did not look inside of it.

The other weird part is a board with what looks to be 2 glass tubes inside of what looks like those big power resistors (the hollow ones). I think the manual said it was a relay card of some sort, but I don't know why it would be made like that.

Its page 8-32

so they wound a coil over the relay or something like that. Not really sure.
