Looking for HP3311A function generator service manual

Hi all !

My (rather old and) much loved HP3311A function generator won't work any more. I would like to rescue it. I bought it used many-many years ago and it came without any manual.

I am looking for the service manual, The version which could be found on the web has the last 8 pages with unreadable voltage values and part numbers. Scanning resolution was obviously not high enough.

I would really much appreciate, if anybody could point me to a usable download link or send me directly those pages.

Then comes the page with oscillograms of the testpoints.

Circuit diagram on 7-11/7-12
This would be the most important, because it is quite unreadable in the PDF which is circulating on the web.
