Barfield TT-1000A Service manual and Calibration procedure needed.

I know that this may be a long shot, but would anyone here know where I can find a copy of the service manual and calibration procedure for a Barfield model TT-1000A interturbine temperature  tester used in the aviation industry? I found the operators manual but that's about all.
