Question about buying a new function generator

I am going to buy a new function generator in the near future and I wanted some advice on what to get.

I already have a BK 3020 that has served me well for the basic things I've done up to now.

The reason I feel I need a new function generator is because I will be beginning third year EE next January and I will finally be taking EE courses like circuit analysis, circuits 1, signals and systems, e.t.c.

What should I be looking for in a signal generator for modern electronics education labwork at home?

Is there anything recommended < $200 U.S. ?
