A far cry from 100ms, which would be noticeable. Or any other short amount of persistence below the 1s option.
Again, this is almost entirely for aesthetics. For example, oscilloscope art on a digital scope benefits from a small amount of persistence to mimic CRTs, but 1s ruins the visual. This would not be a feature that benefits any scientific measurements. However, I imagine it would be incredibly simple to add another time option in an already existing feature. And not to make it about comparisons because I am a massive fan of my SDS800, but the DHO800 offers custom persistence from 0.1s-10s, so it is a comparable feature to offer.
