I also signed up with Ysjoelfir, looking at the price of the product, it must have improved a lot, since I would add a few dollars I would go for a siglent or rigol, since I do not think that in quality and guarantee and support the fy8300 approaches these products , also until today you do not release firmware update, have left many customers hung with equipment for use of paperweight (I precisely have an FY6600), it seems to me that they have not changed or improved so much to have prices so high.

PD: I acquired a FY6900 of 60Mhz, it works quite well, but the sinewave after 30Mhz no longer behaved the best, a friend offered to buy it, sold it, and a few days ago I received the FY6900 of 20 Mhz, more than enough for my purposes and leaving me a small profit, the day you launch firmware updates, and have serious support, they will begin to be a responsible and reliable company. For now just for hoobista like me.

Still no firmware upgrades or nice solid linear power supplies, Won't be getting these, my prior generation will do fine.

Unless you and your company assures the eevblog community that you have done due diligence in upgrading your new product from the FY6*** series, you will have a hard time selling a new signal generator here.   Seriously, have some of your engineers read the thread on this site about the FY6600 https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/feeltech-fy6600-60mhz-2-ch-vco-function-arbitrary-waveform-signal-generator/ all 86 pages; then report back on all of the improvements made to your new product.  There is a lot of free engineering in this thread; all you have to do is utilize it. 
Marketing test equipment isn’t like marketing smart phones.  You state it is an innovative product which for many of the people on this forum only means more bugs and problems as we’ve learned from your previous products.

Why 3 channels? Seems rather niche. How about better quality case and PSU? How about better user interface and customer support? Seems to me you should be spending time fixing the current products rather than coming up with new ones no one asked for. Just my opinion.

I saw on banggood it looks like they installed a fan now in the backside.

From what I have seen from a FY6900 teardown they pretty much got all the issues solved.

LOL! The price keeps dropping. Yesterday it was CAD$240 and now it is under CAD$200. I can't see $50 worth of upgrades here over the FY6900.

How do you want FeelWhatever to comment?
1- they added a $ 4.00 cooler
2- Now it is gray.
3- The BNC frequency counter, now it is a third output channel.
4- a model got two buttons
5- Continue without firmware support, the only way is to buy model by model, so there is no table that can withstand so many generators.
6- It has no post sales support, never had it.
7- 60% of the problems were solved by members of the forum, to whom they did not even give thanks.

correct, the human is the only animal that stumbles twice or more with the same stone , but this is the FY6900 is nice as he steps on papers, I also like the buttons and the shape.

Well it is not like Rigol and Siglent have been acting much better. If a product doesn't sell well enough they simply won't fix the firmware. A couple of years ago I've -more or less- binned a brand new Siglent scope because it was utterly useless due to poor firmware. I lost over 1700 euro on that (no returns accepted). OTOH the FeelElec devices are cheap enough not to get severely burned and two bad units are still way cheaper than anything else.

The prices seem to vary quite a bit. Going quite high in some places and even lower in others. This is a little odd - though for a new product there may also be buggy early versions around and who knows what mistakes are made calculating prices.  A high price could be a sign of low inventory for some dealers.  Sometimes they just set up the Ebay price instead of taking out a product - not expecting to sell as they have non available.

From the description the new 8300 is essentially a 3 channel version of the 6900 or 6600.

With a history of buggy software, one may consider waiting a little with the new model, unless one really needs 3 channels.
The cheap Rigol version is still more expensive and it's 2 nd channel is limited resolution. So at least from the paper specs cheap generators don't look that bad. The main point is if the firmware actually works or one can expect to get updates with fixes. So a review showing that it actually works could really help.

Ok friend FeelElec, they modified the prices, worry the free shipping, only you see it, it is about the only thing that you comment only money, now improvements on the equipment nothing at all, only that it has three channels, when you will launch a team in the which you are launching firmware correcting errors, or this is the error and failsafe equipment.
