Hi,
I would like to buy Programmable DC Electronic load for R&D and general purpose electronics.
I have attached datasheet. please take a look and tell me if this model is any good.
it does not have CV and how important is that.

It looks pretty similar to the Atten and maybe the Array 3700 series Electronic Loads. You can search here on Atten, Array, and also Maynuo and BK Precision Electronic Loads. You'll see a fair amount of discussion; I think there are other users here with the Atten and Array versions. Here is a thread that might get you started:

I think constant voltage might be a pretty worthy feature but you'll get lots of guidance on that and more shortly....
