I have narrowed my multimeter decision down to two units. Which of the two would you recommend over the other: Amprobe AM-160-A or Extech mm570?
Thank you,

As far as i know, both are the same, except for color, price, availability in your country, and maybe warranty. Both are rebranded Brymen BM857 or BM859, which is an older design.
One thing i hate with the older Brymens is, that they don't remember last setting. Ie. if you want continuity test, you switch to ohms scale, and press range one time - Every time you power up the meter :--
The newer ones with the more curvy design, do remember their last setting.
Just a quick google-fu shows that the amprobe is around the 250$ mark, which seems ridiculous expensive IMO. If you don't need the counts, or other features i would rather go for a BM235 (https://www.eevblog.com/product/bm235-multimeter/) which is cheaper and more compact. Or if you need the counts, accuracy, and other features, get a BM869 which seem to be almost the same price (but a newer design); http://www.tme.eu/en/details/bm869/portable-digital-multimeters/brymen/bm869s/# (http://www.tme.eu/en/details/bm869/portable-digital-multimeters/brymen/bm869s/#)

Thank you. I will check out your suggestion. :)

I have a BM857 and I like it very much, but I would find hard to justify buying it at the price mentioned above.
If you can import easily, TME has several models of Brymen meters including the 857 and their top of the line 869 at much more reasonable prices.
