Hello,
I am looking for an electronic load that does not only simulate an ohmic resistor but a complex impedance.
Background: We are facing problems with 24V highside/lowside switches when they are exposed to capacitive or inductive loads.
In the nicer cases short circuit detections are detecting a short circuit when you switch a capacitive load, in the nastier cases there
are oscillations.
DC electronic loads are pretty common but do you know about a solution that can simulate inductive/capacitive loads in combination with a
resistive load to simulate a relay for example? I would like to have a remote controlable unit so that I can automatically test and qualify the
parts over a given R/L/C range.
Does such a thing exist?

You didn't mention your wattage requirements, but this Chroma has a constant capacitance mode, and is remotely controllable:
