Title: REPAIR: 33250A incomplete square wave waveform

I recently got a 33250A, everything is working fine except for the square wave waveform. Anyone encountered this problem before or any one have idea on how to fix it. Thank you in advance

Assuming you are referring to an Agilent 33250A AWG, a web search easily found a pdf of the Service Manual. It contains the full schematics. Suggest you start on page 203 and work backwards from the output.
