Hi, I have a Fluke 87 lll that had over voltage AC applied. I checked all the MOVs and they seem fine. Any experience fixing an 87 lll that had too much voltage applied? What should I look at? Thanks, Mikek |

What does it do now? It doesn't power up? Overvotage AC applied how high was the voltage and in which mode the meter was in? |

The company I work for had a number of 87III and they tend to have problem with the display. None had any other problems. |

Turn it into Ohms and do you see OL on the screen? If not, check the varistors. |
