You don't have to find the exact color filament - you can paint the part to suit your needs. There are many colors of high quality model paint that will work very well.

I attached a button I designed for a Boonton power meter. You can see the part as it comes off the build plate (except I already added a white dot on that one). Then the original knob and the finished 3D printed and painted part side-by-side. I primed and painted this part in gloss black, but you can choose the color paint you want.

I put this part on the instrument and I would challenge anyone to tell if any of the buttons were not original.
I told my friends I could teach them to be funny, but they all just laughed at me.

The Bambu grey is a good color and will certainly work with a bunch of equipment. Painting is always an option but I'd rather avoid it if possible. I printed a new knob for an 83732A in grey and white and both look out of place. I have a white knob sitting in some tea to dye it a darker color. I see I can buy a "bone white" PLA, that might be a good option for older equipment.

I'm pretty pleased with the "bone white" PLA, it has that aged yellow look.
I reworked a knob designed by DaJMasta to fit the 8373x series siggens.

After some searching found nothing for the TDS3000 series interface module cover, I came up with a very basic 'plug cover' to ..... well cover the empty slot on my 3000.
It snaps in quite nicely using the centre catch for retention. For removal press down on the catch and use a small screwdriver etc to pick it out from the end !

There is my drawing for  HPAGKS 34970A rear bezel

Thanks for creating this. However, I also have one of the 34970A that needed a modified version of this to keep the metal braket in place. In addition, the metal cage holding the card inserts is a bit recessed and the opening for the screw in the model needs to end deeper for the screw to stick out sufficiently long enough to reach the metal cage.

I reprinted a modified version of your STL and this fits fine. Are you interested to receive the modified version to copy thr changes over to your original model to create an alternative version for those who have the metal braket in place?

Here is a parameterized model for knobs on a Iwatsu DS-8812 oscilloscope based on measurements by user Artag (See thread "Need a knob" in repair.

The posted model generates the following knob.

But by adjusting parameters a wide variety of useful knobs can be created.  Two examples are shown.  One has just 1 rib and is suitable as an indicator.  The other has two extended size ribs and is appropriate for a hard to turn multi-position switch.

The shaft attachment can be resized for various D type shafts or adapted to a friction fit on a round shaft.

The model is in FreeCAD (Version 1.0.1) format.  Number of ribs can be set from 1 to 12.  The only things that can't be changed in the Params spreadsheet are the flllets on various edges.  Changing these requires diving into the model.

Have fun.

Jog-shuttle knob for the Yokogawa oscilloscope. The DL1740E that I just repaired didn't come with the knob so I just CAD one.
Since I don't own a single 3D printer, I just used the China printing service. It was printed with resin SLS. Might also work with DL1600, DL750 and DL7100/DL7200.

Has anyone sourced or replicated replacements for HP p/n 370-0102 ?  I need 3.

This is a 1/2" OD barred pointer knob for 1/8" shaft (the -0102 is red but there's also a black variant, don't know the number).  Used on rotary range switches on HP 6205B power supplies and 5321A/B frequency counters.

QService has a picture (but alas, no stock...)

Hello!

I have recently acquired my first oscilloscope; a Tek TDS3032B. The mounting brackets for the feet were both brittle and cracking, resulting in the 'scope being unstable when on its feet. Surely the feet would have eventually separated as well.

I designed a 3d-printable replacement, consisting of the foot itself and the troublesome bracket it mounts inside. Below is a link to my Printables page for it, which I might update over time if I decide that something is annoying me about my design. Or if you want me to, I can post the STLs here.

https://www.printables.com/model/1507816-tektronix-oscilloscope-feet-tds-3000

As far as I'm aware it should work for the TDS 3000, 3000B and 3000C series 'scopes, because they all appear to use the same housing. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

EDIT: I have now added an optional rubber pad to make the oscilloscope sit on a desk better with the feet folded, and reduce sliding around. I've also modified some dimensions for a better fit.

I finally got too worried about dropping my Fluke 5450A when moving it around as the original handles were full of cracks and had been glued together more than once...

So I have made replacement handles (and rear feet I suppose, as they are the same part).

If you know of other Fluke equipment that uses the same chassis and handles please let me know so I can add it to the thingiverse page.
