Title: Replacement screen lens for Brymen BM235
Post by: Corner on July 22, 2020, 06:48:55 am
Hi guys,

Do you know where I can get a new screen lens for my Brymen BM235? Dave doesn't seem to have it on his store and I can't find it anywhere.

Has anyone gotten a replacement lens?

If Dave happens to see this, can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

If your existing screen lens is merely scratched rather than broken, then you might be able to polish it using plastic polish (apparently Brasso can also be used, though I've never tried that).

It is just scratches. The plastic is not broken. I'll give it a try, thanks. :)

Yeah I'll do that. I looked at plastics polishing products and PlastiX costs $27 and it looks like it costs at least two plastic screen lenses.
