RglComm update with screen capture for DS4024 & DG4162

I've updated my RglComm program to support capturing the screen image from a DS4024 or DG4162 and have added instructions on how to run it on macOS, Linux (tested with Mint 19) and Windows (tested with Windows 10.)  This project is still in the early stages, but feedback, bug reports and suggestions greatly appreciated.
