I am looking for a current regulated PS that has accurate tight regulation in the 5-25mA range. The Riden RD6006P has a display with a current resolution of 0.1mA which makes me think it might be designed to accurately regulate current at a low value in the 5-25mA range. Any light shed on this question would be greatly appreciated. The ability to display a small value of current doesn't necessarily mean it can also regulate that small value accurately in a steady fashion with a time varient load. I want to maintain a constant tightly regulated current in the 5-25mA range over time with a slowly varying load.

Yes, the RD6006P can perform low current regulation quite accurately. In addition, it can be calibrated. I haven't calibrated my RD6006P, but it comes out of the box fairly accurate.
I simply connected it to a Brymen BM879 power supply via a 410 Ohm resistor and took a few pictures.

In CC mode, if you set the current to 15mA, then the following readings will appear if you change the last digit of the I-Set setting.

It looks like you are demonstrating that the RD6006P accurately displays the load current value. The second question is when you set it for let's say 15mA and vary the load of 410 ohms to a higher value, does the RD6006P maintain a steady 15mA? If you used a variable resistor as a load and monitor the current while changing the load to 500, 600, 1K, 2K ohm...etc, does the 15mA remain constant?

Yes, it continues to support the specified current.
Perhaps after calibration, the compliance with the specified current will be even better.
I have the first revision of this hybrid unit with a linear output. Now, as I understand it, 6006P can work on a four-wire system with compensation.
My firmware is from Unisoft. If I understand correctly, this firmware is not available for RD6012P if you like the firmware but need a more powerful power supply.
RD without the "P" index is not very interesting due to higher pulsations and therefore I cannot tell you how they behave.
