Title: Rigol 1054z missing channel 3 & 4

On Rigol 1054z suddenly missing Channel 3 and Channel 4. No reference to Channel 3 or 4 anywhere in menus, only Channels 1 & 2 show at bottom of screen, button lights do not light.
Is there a setting that disables these? Something I am missing?
Anyone seen this?

You flashed wrong firmware for RIGOL DS1202Z-E on it..?

"Suddenly"?

Did nothing at all happen to it that might have caused this?
