Rigol North America Black Friday sale on DHO1000 series
scopeman:
Just bought a DSO1204 off of the Rigol Amazon store. Wanted 4 350MHz probes. I used up a $350.00 gift card and some extra cash so out of my pocket it was a little over $700.00 so quite a deal I believe.
It looks like the Rigol MSO models are on sale there too, but I was looking for a 12bit scope for low level work as I have a HP 54642A MSO for digilog debug use.
Too bad they didn't make a MSO option for the DSO1204. Not a biggie at the moment. I'll use this one for a few years until the next black friday sale comes along.
Now I have a Rigol DS1054 in new condition, still in the box that I hacked to 100MHz that I have to decide what to do with. I bought it as a fall back scope, Maybe that will become my summer place scope.

We don´t really know that.
They will certainly be able to record system accesses.

You really think the repair techs are going to do forensic analysis of the SD cards?

Paying more than $400 extra vs. the DHO1074 just to get the four 350 MHz probes is not a good deal, since the PVP2350 probes can be bought for less than $50 each from Rigol NA. But you also have a "fully legal" 200 MHz scope now, which might give you some peace of mind.

I just received my DHO 1204. For $1019 free shipping. So far it seems nice. I am a hobbyist.
TXJD:
Come Rigol, we need now a Boxing Day deal for those of us that missed the BF sale :)
