Hi to all I use the above info to "upgrade" a DG1030Z to 1062 successfully. I am wondering now if it is a good idea to upgrade the firmware from 00.01.11 to the latest v03.01.12.00.00 downloaded from Rigol site. Is the 1062 will be still running? Have anyone try it ? Regards Nick |

Hi everyone, I was trying to update my DG1032Z to DG1062Z but I couldn't because always the "error generated by remote interface command" message appeared. Finally I had success! The problem has that I was using incorrect USB pen drive format, I've tried with FAT, FAT32 but nothing worked until use FAT format specifying Allocation unit size to 512 bytes I did on windows 10 [ CRLT + R, CMD, format x: /fs:FAT /v:rigol /A:512 ] reemplace x with your volumen label (I used a 2gb pen drive). Thank you very much to everyone!. |

Should you enter your own serial number again after ":PROJ:STAT MODEL,DG1062Z " or rather at ":PROJ:STAT SN,DG1ZA000000000" ? |
