Rigol DHO814 Horizontal Line Trace Not Visible (Bug) Issue

As mentioned in the subject, the horizontal line trace is not visible
once I restart it automatically Fixes itself
Kindly Help if anyone is facing the same issue, or if anyone knows how to fix it

This happens sometimes on my MSO5000 when power on and activate ch1 there is no trace.I just activate the ch2 and the ch1 trace is back then deactivate the ch2 and i use the scope.
