| Rigol DL3000 series DC load hack? |
| (1/1) |
| drummerdimitri:
I'd like to purchase the DL3031A however it seems a bit overpriced relative to the 500$ of the entry level model. My question is, since most Rigol products can be hacked through firmware to the next model up, do these loads follow the same principle? Has anyone successfully attempted this? What models can be hacked into which ones? I'd rather not spend 1.5k $ if I don't need to. :-// |

I see the DL3021 can be hacked into the DL3021A. I know there are some missing components to go from a DL3021 to a DL3031A but has anyone done it? If not, should I just get the DL3031 and hack it into the DL3031A? |

Yes you absolutely should! And hopefully you did! |
