Rigol DL3021 for $89???

I came across this while looking for a USB load tester:

I'd probably never need it, but considering the normal price of $499 (I have other Rigol gear which I'm rather happy with), should I just get it, or is this a too good to be true deal?

It suggests that customers also bought a toilet paper holder with the power supply. So yeah, I would not buy power supplies from people that also sell underwear.

Some interesting things about this site:

- I was unable to find it using their search tool (how did you find it?)

- They cap your order at $100 (check done at checkout time):
