I had purchased one jdsu xgig1000 pcie analyzer in eBay. But Viavi which had acquired jdsu refused to provide the basic software to me, and the reason is that i did not purchase it from them. Without it, i could not use the analyzer. Who can provide me this software? thanks.
More details: In viavi, you need to register an account for dowdoading software. But register is not open. If viavi refuse you, you could not register it.
