Rigol DP832 crash

Hi,

I've had a DP832 for a a couple of months.
It came with the latest firmware (1.14) and I checked that it has the modified board with the larger heatsink.
Now it has started to crash within about 30 seconds of boot up. Loads of white lines on the screen.

I'm in the UK so it isn't stupidly hot this time of year.
Has anybody else had this issue?
I bought it from an approved dealer so I'll try to get it swapped out before I take it apart.
I'll try and upload a photo.
