Tektromix FCA 3000 Counter upgrade?

Hi, can anyone say for sure whether the Chinese clones of the Fluke prescaler option PM 6624 works for the Tektronix FCA 3000?
Can the standard TCXO simply be exchanged for a suitable OCXO?
