On my Rigol DS1054 there is a small box that floats over the display in the upper right hand corner just under the horizontal position display. It shows the frequency of signals on each channel. The box obscures the last three column headings on the Measure table when it is displayed.
Is there any way to hide the frequency display so I can see all the column headings on the Measure table?
I have been through the manual but can't find a description or picture of the frequency display.

Measure
.... Counter
.... .... OFF

It sounds like that's the hardware counter. If it is, learn to love it. It's a much better friend than the software counter.

Yes, that's the HW counter. I love it. It is always on on my scope.

Me too.
Works better than the shitty one in the DG1022Z too ::)

Thanks very much!
I've been wanting to get a screen shot without that counter in the way . . .

Opens PDF of manual, types "frequency counter" in the search box...
